Job Summary
Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care. Administer medications and treatments while performing resident assessments. Participate in daily resident rounding to monitor needs and ensure safety. Maintain active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure with one year of geriatric or long-term care experience preferred. CPR certification is also required. This role supports Presbyterian Senior Living's mission to foster teamwork and uphold integrity while serving over 6,000 older adults with respect and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure
Desired Qualifications
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting
