Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Per Diem

Provide direct care to patients in psychiatric and substance use treatment settings as part of TaraVista's multidisciplinary team. You will work under the direction of an RN, maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles, and support patients and their families. Responsibilities include caring for individuals with mental health and substance use needs, applying knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities, and utilizing de-escalation and crisis-intervention techniques. Prior inpatient psychiatric or substance use disorder experience is preferred. Per diem schedule requires 5 shifts per month (including 2 weekend shifts) and holiday coverage. CPR-certified LPNs in Massachusetts who are organized, therapeutic, and collaborative will thrive in this role.
