Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision while monitoring vital signs including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, document observations in EMR/Point Click Care, and advocate for person-centered services. Maintain clinical competence through required education and participate in unit councils and staff meetings. Weekend rotation required. Onsite at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Program
- Current NYS LPN License
- CPR/BLS
- Weekend rotation required
- Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment
