Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide nursing assistance and patient care to ensure patient comfort and safety while assisting providers in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include triaging patients, implementing physician orders, coordinating care, and performing CLIA waived lab tests. Mandatory qualifications include a practical nursing program graduation, valid Arizona LPN license, and CPR certification. The position is full-time, working weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program
- Current, valid Arizona LPN license or compact state LPN/LVN license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
