Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while monitoring patient conditions and completing assessments. Educate and support families by following individualized plans of care in a 1:1 ratio environment. Maintain active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Pennsylvania with at least one year of nursing experience.
