Job Summary
Join St. Joseph’s Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a community-based Intermediate Care Facility, providing vital nursing care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include administering medications, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, assisting with daily activities, responding to health emergencies, and collaborating with a team. Required qualifications include a current LPN license in Pennsylvania, CPR certification, and a valid PA driver’s license. Experience with similar residents is preferred.
