Job Summary
Assist the provider with treatments, document orders, list diagnoses and symptoms, and transcribe patient instructions including laboratory and radiology tests. Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on charts while preparing treatment rooms for examinations. Perform basic clerical duties such as answering the phone, maintaining records, filing, and inventory management of supplies. Ensure a clean and orderly environment in the health and wellness center. Work Friday 6am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- active certification as an LPN or LVN
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
- Minimum one-year clinical experience as LPN
- Recent experience drawing blood
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen
