Job Summary
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) on a Part-Time overnight shift in West St. Paul, MN. Responsibilities include monitoring resident health and documenting changes to the Plan of Care, administering medications and physician-ordered treatments, educating residents and families about medications and side effects, and providing work direction to Nursing Assistants. Requires an active LPN license in Minnesota and CPR certification within 6 months. Experience with seniors in long-term care, home care, or assisted living settings is preferred. The role supports direct client care, documentation, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
