Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Nights

Conduct admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; manage medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; administer medications while adhering to infection control, emergency, and center policies. Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes and identify/report abnormal changes in residents' condition per center policy. Requires LPN licensure by the state, CPR certification, and two years of prior nursing experience preferred. Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling, shift differentials up to $2/hour, and tuition reimbursement.
