Job Summary
Part-time LPN nights in Price, UT with 12-hour shifts (6PM–6AM), 1-2 days per week. Responsibilities include ordering medications, preparing and administering treatments/medications, notifying physicians/family of changes in resident condition, performing nursing duties such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings and irrigations, continuous observation of seriously ill residents, ensuring care aligns with the care plan, and timely charting. Offers up to $500/month nursing tuition reimbursement. Requires LPN license in good standing and strong communication; emphasizes patient advocacy and adherence to long-term care regulations.
