Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Nights at Meadow Brook Health and Rehab in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as ordered, continuous observation and monitoring of residents, charting accurately and timely, notifying physicians or families of changes in resident condition, and ensuring care according to the resident’s care plan. Applies professional nursing practices such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessary; acts as patient advocate and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide high-quality long-term care. Requires current Utah LPN license, effective communication, and adherence to applicable laws/regulations. Schedule features 12-hour shifts with part-time options (1-2 days weekly) and full-time options (3 days weekly); opportunities include nursing tuition reimbursement program up to $500/month (pre-tax) after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
