Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in memory care in Newport News, VA. Under supervision, administer medications and treatments per provider's orders, assist in development/modification of nursing care plans, and ensure resident safety and dignity. Assign duties to CNAs, engage the team for optimal performance, and document changes in condition according to standards. Contribute to individual service plans and follow facility policies on privacy and dignity. Requires LPN license in Virginia and CPR/BLS certification within 30 days.
