Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. Collaborate with a team to support individuals in maintaining independence and quality of life within a supportive, employee-owned senior living community. Requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and at least one year of LPN experience. Part-time schedule with a pay rate of $27/hour plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- Licensed as an LPN
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- A collaborative spirit
