Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Collaborate as a team to ensure an excellent experience in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, supporting individuals to maintain independence and quality of life. This part-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license with at least one year of experience, though we can help build a foundation for those newly licensed. Shifts run 11pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
