Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Provide superior customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. Collaborate as a team to maintain resident independence and quality of life within a supportive culture. Requires a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license and at least one year of LPN experience; experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus. Part-time schedule at $27/hour plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
