Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating with the team to maintain resident independence and quality of life. Requires a valid, unencumbered state LPN license with at least one year of experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Shifts run 11pm-7am in a part-time capacity at Wallick Communities.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
