Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment by collaborating as a team to maintain resident independence and quality of life. Maintain a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license with at least one year of LPN experience, though experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus. Work part-time shifts from 7am to 7pm in a supportive, employee-owned senior living community focused on fostering meaningful connections and providing round-the-clock support.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN but no experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
