Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating as a team to ensure residents maintain independence and quality of life. Work part-time with a pay rate of $27/hour plus shift differential. A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience are required, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus.
