LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - PART TIME - HOME CARE

Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment by collaborating as a team to maintain residents' independence and quality of life. Work part-time 7pm-7am on Wednesdays at Wallick Communities of Sturbridge in Hillard, Ohio.
