Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time day shifts in Zephyrhills, FL. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and other center policies; collaboration with resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires LPN license issued by Florida and CPR certification. Two years of prior nursing experience preferred. AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required. Required Qualifications
