Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Days role at Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes; identifying and reporting changes in residents’ condition. The position requires active LPN licensure in Florida, CPR certification, and generally prefers two years of prior nursing experience.
