Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part Time Days

Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility per the resident care plan. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, monitor residents for changes in condition, and communicate updates to the physician and residents' family as needed. Perform nursing duties including charting, tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, and other required procedures while advocating for residents and ensuring care aligns with the care plan and patient wishes. Maintain thorough documentation in a timely manner. This role is part-time with 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, 1-2 days per week. LPN license in good standing is required, along with effective communication and willingness to learn applicable laws/regulations governing long-term care.
