Job Summary
LPN to provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents on Part-Time day or PM shifts (6:30a-7p or 2:30p-11p) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. Responsibilities include physical assessments, observations, administering medications and treatments, following and updating plans of care, documenting in electronic medical records, orienting new staff, ensuring adequate staffing, communicating with physicians and families, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Weekend shift differential of $2/hour applied to base wage; MN LPN license required and LTC experience preferred but not required. Compensation range: $29 - $32.48/hour depending on qualifications and location; comprehensive benefits and 403(b) with employer match available.
