Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) part-time at Lourdes Noreen McKeen Residence in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities include periodic review and updating of resident discharge plans, completing accident/incident reports, making daily rounds to ensure nursing staff perform duties, informing nursing personnel of new admissions and changes in resident condition, participating in orientation for residents/family members, arranging diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by physicians, and notifying the attending physician and family of changes in condition. Qualifications require Florida LPN licensure, current BLS certification, and one year of nursing experience with at least 6 months of supervisory experience. Required Qualifications
