Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Waite Park SNF seeks a part-time team member to provide quality resident care in a 40-bed community. Must hold a current LPN license with no restrictions (or ability to obtain in-state). Duties align with state nursing regulations and facility standards, delivering person-centered care and supporting residents and team members. Competitive wage up to $37/hour, with benefits including tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, 401(k) match, and an $5,000 retention bonus for FT or $2,500 for PT blocks. Required Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Must be capable of performing Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
