Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time 7A-3P

Conduct nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, including medication administration, admission, discharge, and transfers. Collect patient data, monitor equipment, and report abnormal condition changes to proper personnel while following infection control and emergency policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and supervise other nursing personnel in selected situations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
