Job Summary
Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; and following infection control, emergency, and other center policies. Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes and identify/report all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy. This part-time or full-time role at Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, CPR certification, and two years of prior nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
