Job Summary
Part-time overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Highview Hills. Responsibilities include monitoring resident health and documenting changes, obtaining information to initiate/update the Plan of Care, administering medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate transcription of orders, maintaining organized med carts and nursing stations, educating residents about medications and side effects, communicating changes to families, providing support to residents, and mentoring Nursing Assistants. Requires current Minnesota LPN license and CPR within 6 months; experience with seniors in long-term care, home care, or assisted living preferred; English proficiency and ability to pass background check. On-site in Lakeville, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota
- CPR certification required within 6 months of hire
- Experience working with seniors in long-term care, home care, or assisted living settings is preferred
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
