Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care for an adult male in Apollo, PA, following the provider's prescribed plan of care. Assess and document patient conditions including vitals and lab results, administer medications and IV fluids, and manage wound care and hygiene. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to monitor recovery and report changes in status. Requires current LPN license, CPR/AED/BLS certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts available with competitive pay and daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
