Job Summary
LPN needed for Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, NY to join a team in our sub-acute unit on Day (7a-3p) and Evening (3p-11p) shifts with every-other-weekend commitment. Provides hands-on nursing care under RN supervision, assists with treatments and procedures, administers medications and monitors IV therapy, and contributes to individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team. Requires active NY LPN license; 1 year LPN experience preferred, ideally in Skilled Nursing.
