Job Summary
Inpatient Acute Rehab Ortho Trauma/Amputee Unit LPN on Night Shift providing direct nursing care including medication administration, wound/incision care, and patient monitoring; collaborates with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support mobility and functional recovery; supervises nursing staff on shift; 36 hrs/week, 7:00pm-7:30am, Grand Rapids, MI; full-time nights with benefits and opportunities like merit-based increases and sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this state
- Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
