Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Deliver safe, effective home health care to pediatric patients by taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing personal hygiene. Coordinate with RN Supervisors to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care while implementing strategies to prevent risks and achieve expected outcomes. Document nursing interventions and patient responses, serving as advocates for patient and family privacy. Utilize specialized equipment for G-Tube, trach, ventilator, and catheterization care as needed. Maintain personal and professional accountability while preparing materials cost-effectively. Requires current unrestricted nursing license, medication exam score of 80% or higher, and one year of pediatric experience preferred.
