Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performing nursing duties in a skilled nursing facility. Duties include recording residents' health details (vitals and temperature), administering medications and injections, treating and dressing wounds, supervising CNAs, assisting residents with personal hygiene, monitoring intake/output, and supporting resident care planning.
