Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua, NY. Duties include recording residents' health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs, helping residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring food and liquid intake. Additional benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $28-$30 base hourly rate with evening/night shift differential, daily pay option, travel reimbursement for gas/tolls, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and flexible schedules for full-time or part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY State LPN license
