Job Summary
Duties: Recording health details of Residents including vitals; administering medications and injections; treating wounds and bedsores; possible supervision of CNAs; assisting Residents with personal hygiene and daily living; monitoring food and liquid intake/output. Location: Canandaigua, NY at a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Benefits include sign-on bonus ($5,000), shift differentials for evenings/nights, travel reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive insurance, and flexible schedules for full-time or part-time. Must hold a valid NY LPN license and be in good standing with the NY State Registry; ability to work as part of a team.
