Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include recording residents' health details (vitals and temperature), administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed, assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring intake and output. Requires strong communication skills, team orientation, and a valid NY LPN license in good standing.
