Job Summary
Record health details including vitals and temperature, administer medications and injections, and treat or dress wounds and bedsores as needed. Assist residents with dressing, personal hygiene, and monitoring food and liquid intake. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when required. Maintain a team-oriented demeanor while providing daily care in a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Base rate is $28–$30 with shift differentials for evenings and nights, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Valid NY State LPN license and State Registry standing are required. Located in Canandaigua, NY, the facility offers daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
