Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Canandaigua/Seneca Falls, NY. Responsibilities include collecting required information from new Residents for admissions, recording health details including vitals and temperature, administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, possibly supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), helping Residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
