Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident care in a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua, NY. Duties include recording residents' health details (vital signs, temperature), administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs when required, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring residents' intake/output. Must hold a valid NY LPN license and be in good standing with the State Registry; must be able to work as part of a team. Flexible schedules available for Full-Time or Part-Time roles.
