Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua, NY. Responsibilities include recording residents’ health details (vitals, temperature), administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs when required, helping residents with personal care, and monitoring intake/output. Must hold a valid NY LPN license in good standing, be a able team member, and contribute to quality patient care.
