Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, help residents with personal hygiene and dressing, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when required. This role supports post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services at a 120-bed facility in Utica, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
