Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to residents in a 120-bed rehabilitation and healthcare facility. Responsibilities include collecting admission information, recording health data and vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs, assisting residents with personal care, and monitoring intake/output. Demonstrates teamwork, adheres to state licensure and registry requirements, and ensures accurate documentation and communication within the care team; opportunities for career advancement and flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem).
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
- Must be able to work as a team member
