Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utica, NY. Duties include collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted, recording health details (vitals & temperature), administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs, assisting Residents with personal care, and monitoring food and liquid intake/output. Strong teamwork, patient-care skills, and familiarity with post-acute-care/rehabilitation settings are required. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, pay rates between $30.50-$32.25/hour based on experience with additional $1 shift differential for evenings/nights, tuition reimbursement, and flexible schedules for full-time, part-time, or per-diem status.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
- Must be able to work as a team member
