Job Summary
Duties include collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted, recording health details (vitals, temperature), administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, possibly supervising CNAs, helping Residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring food and liquid intake/output. Requires teamwork, an active LPN license, and good standing with the State Registry; compensation includes hourly pay with evening/night shift differentials, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and flexible Full-Time/Part-Time/Per-Diem schedules.
