Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents at a 120-bed rehabilitation and healthcare facility. Administer medications and injections, monitor vital signs, record health details, treat wounds and dressings, and supervise CNAs as needed. Assist residents with personal care and daily activities, ensure proper intake and output monitoring, and collect information from new residents during admission. Must work effectively as part of a team and hold an active LPN license in good standing with the state registry. The role offers flexible schedules including Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem status, opportunities for career advancement, and benefits such as tuition reimbursement and a two-tiered insurance plan.
