Job Summary
Provide Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. Duties include collecting admission information, recording health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs when required, assisting residents with dressing and hygiene, monitoring intake and output, and collaborating with the care team to ensure excellent post-acute patient care. Requires an active LPN license and good standing with the state registry; strong teamwork is essential in this role.
