Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Oneida Center in Utica, NY. Responsibilities include collecting admission information from residents, recording health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, wound care and dressings, supervising CNAs as needed, helping residents with dressing and personal hygiene, monitoring intake/output, and ensuring quality resident care. Requires valid LPN license and good standing; ability to work as a team member.
