Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - On Call - PRN

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and regulatory guidelines. Respond to call-offs and staffing needs across shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely while monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and delegate tasks to nursing assistants as appropriate. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies. Requires current LPN license in Nebraska or compact state, CPR certification, and previous long-term care experience. Flexible scheduling available for on-call coverage.
