Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the OB/GYN Defiance Clinic provides direct basic nursing care under physician supervision, observes and reports patient responses, collaborates with the health care team, assists with procedures and treatments, labels specimens, may perform indirect/clerical duties, and acts as a chaperone for provider examinations. Required Qualifications
- Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or LPN applicant
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- One year of clinical patient care experience (preferred, not required)
