Job Summary
Record patient history, administer prescribed medications, and take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Perform basic wound care, provide injections and immunizations, and enter data into computer systems. Monitor fluid intake and output, observe patient reactions and mental health status, and assist with daily needs like bathing and dressing. Provide emotional support, ensure families understand release instructions, and oversee Nursing Assistive Personnel. Move patients safely and observe for skin breakdown. Maintain an active Pennsylvania LPN license and current BLS/CPR certification with at least one year of skilled nursing experience. Work flexible day, evening, or night shifts at partner facilities in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Harrisburg, Palmyra, Manheim, and Ephrata.
